Several OWL teachers from across the Trust spent a morning teaching different classes to gain an insight into life at other schools. Lemington Riverside; Simonside; Waverley and Newburn Manor 'swapped' for a lesson and then spent time observing other classes in the school. They brought with them a teaching assistant from their school to support the session. This group will complete the cycle in all of the four schools and then will consider how the experience might inform their future work. Below we see the Simonside staff working at Waverley.
