How do OWL Trust schools compare to national averages?
We have just received the results of our pupils leaving KS2 and national figures for pupils across the country. Our ten schools continue to thrive when we consider outcomes for pupils since the formation of the OWL Trust. Data from the end of KS2 2015 again reveals excellent performance against the national picture in the key areas of reading, writing and maths. Standards in reading and maths at both level 4 and level 5 reveal impressive figures but what is most pleasing is the progress of our pupils – once again we are well above the national average progress scores. The results outlined in the table below will be presented in further detail when the DfE releases more in depth comparative data – however what is clear is that on average OWL Trust pupils have higher standards and progress more than their peers nationally. Well done everyone!
