OWL Film Awards 2018

On Thursday 12th July 2018 we hosted our first film awards at Milecastle Primary School.

Four of our trust schools took part;

  • Westerhope
  • Milecastle
  • Throckley
  • Knop Law

Each school made a short film titled 'What makes the North Great?'. This theme was inspired by the International Film Awards, which were hosted in Newcastle and Gateshead earlier this year.

Congratulations to Knop Law, who won with their brilliant film!

Thank you to all of schools and the Parents/Carers for coming along to the awards

Well done to all of the children who took part.

The children used various different apps and equipment to create an e-safety video.

The children used the the green screen app, I can animate app and the clips app.

They also used iMovie to create their movies.
